Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional campaigns, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

MIDUMÉ currently ships to all major cities and regions across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above PKR 4,000.

  • A standard shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 4,000.

MIDUMÉ reserves the right to update shipping charges at any time. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking information. Customers can track their shipments through the courier's tracking system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.

MIDUMÉ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete recipient information

  • Unavailable recipients at the delivery location

Additional courier charges incurred due to incorrect information may be passed on to the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Political or transportation disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

MIDUMÉ shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To assist with verification, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatching returned orders.
